Went to view a unit located at 16 floors.
When entering this unit, the house is so dusty. The dust is so thick. The dry yard did not open due to there is thick bird shit there. The whole unit is un-hygiene.
There is no lighting, fan and anything installed. It is a bare unit just like just handover from the developer.

The master room bath room is leaking seriously. It needs to spend huge money to repair this area.
I guess the leaking problem is caused by this pipe.
The 3rd room has view the other 2 vicinity condominiums.
